“Clear communication that the start of the trip would be at 9 a.m, but the driver came to the pick-up spot at 9.30. Overall poor communication from the company. The trip should’ve included an English speaking person, but our driver didn’t speak English at all. Great person though. Pretty odd that no water was included either. Chichen Itza guide was very good and the Cenotes visited were very nice. When looking at the price vs competition, still very much worth it.”

“Gustavo was very informative and spoke good English. He asked us what we would like to do and organized our guide for Chichen Itza. Martin Lugo was our guide there and he was incredible. He knew some much about the place and was so enthusiastic about his job. I would highly recommend him. We then did 2 centotes which were also amazing, and not crowded. Gustavo also gave us some good recommendations for Valladolid, including places to eat.”

“Le transporteur mika était ponctuel, avec une conduite agréable. Le bateau a rio lagartos était cool, on a vu crocos, flamands roses, pélicans et autres oiseaux, dauphins et une petite raie. Le guide ne nous a pas beaucoup parlé mais le spectacle etait quand meme grandiose. las colaradas ne vaut pas le coup pour moi (460 pesos pour une photo d'un lac rose sachant qu'on peut prendre les photos de l'extérieur du site) Le cenote vaut le coup, il est grand et mystique, dégustation de tequila et miel maya gratuit et un buffet simple mais bon. je recommande”
