“Everyone was kind and helpful. The bus ride was comfortable. The food after was pretty ok too. Once getting to the site I would ask for your ticket. We decided to use the bathroom at gate 2 and they wouldn’t let us in because we didn’t have the site ticket. So make sure and get that. We had to buy another one to get back in. I would also suggest that starting early at the moon pyramid would make more sense. By the time we got there it was crowded. These are just my ideas but still I enjoyed it.”

“Lots of pros: well organized and fun tour for adults, teens and kids who can swim, small group 12 in a van/3 parties so pickup was fast. BEST part was our guide Lalo and driver Jajo. Lalo was super knowledgeable and entertaining, and he cares deeply about cultural and human connections. He taught us a lot about the history of Mayan culture, Mexico and its amazing people. Cons: worst part was that we had no towels and were freezing after 2 cold swim (same for other family with 4 younger kids who were real troopers). We all assumed Cancun Adventures would provide towels… I checked listing and re-read emails they…”

“Absolutely an easy 5/5 stars. One of the most incredible experiences we have ever had! Each cenote was amazing & the activities were so much fun. The food was fantastic & the tour guides were so fun! We could not have asked for a better tour to go on during our time in Cancun - would absolutely recommend this to everyone! On one note- if you get car sick/ don’t do well with twists/ turns & bumps, make sure you have Dramamine on hand! Car ride is a little bumpy through the jungle :)”

“It all went v smoothly. Of course, what we were paying for was the fact that we hadn’t booked tickets directly through the museum in advance and so had to go through a third party. The digital pdf guide was fine but all the info was the same as what was on the museum placards. That said, it was all v easy and we were super pleased to be able to go! It’s a must see and was a bucket list thing for us that didn’t disappoint! We also appreciated that there was contact in the morning to ensure assistance if any was needed, though we didn’t need any.Read more”

“I had a wonderful day exploring! Karim was a wonderful driver - he was patient with my Spanish speaking and pointed out unique sites on our car trip. The breakfast in the cave was delicious, and the cave was beautiful. Salma was so kind, very attentive to my comfort and knowledgeable about the area. Abel took me around the pyramids and reviewed the history in great detail. He also helped me conquer my fear of heights in climbing up and down the pyramids. Bring a little money to purchase some knick knacks from the agave and chocolate stores. It was a wonderful day from start to finish!”
