“This is not a 4-hour tour as advertised, but over 7 hours from hotel pick up to drop off. Our guide Luis was terrific and the cenotes were fun. The constant upselling and groveling for tips left a bad taste in my mouth, and the overall experience felt very industrialized and artificial. Wouldn’t repeat or recommend.”
